From our beginnings in 1976, Factory Connection has specialized in providing “Fashion Forward, Name Brand” merchandise for customers in small to medium size markets. Now with over 240 stores in 12 states and growing rapidly, Factory Connection is a destination store for many of our customers.

Factory Connection offers a wide selection of the latest Juniors, Missy, Plus Size and Men’s fashions along with accessories and shoes. Our stores are staffed by well-trained personnel who are supported by an experienced team of merchandisers, buyers, regional and district managers. Factory Connection operates from the home office and 70,000 square-foot distribution center in Albertville, Alabama, and employs over 1,000 people company-wide.

Buying direct from the industry’s leading fashion manufactures allows Factory Connection to offer name brands and specialty retail store brands at 25% to 70% off department store prices. Our stores range in size from 2,500 to 7,500 square feet, with locations that include downtown areas, strip centers and regional malls. Factory Connection typically establishes stores in communities with populations of 5,000-plus, in locations adjacent to grocery chains, regional department stores and other anchor tenants.
